The holiday house Casa Santa Luzia is named after the the little Santa Luzia chapel which is located in the neighborhood.
The house has been completely renovated in the year of 2007. The furniture and the equipment are relatively simple.
The house has a special entrance for cars and bicycles.
The two provided bikes are ideal for trips to the nearby Ria de Aveiro marshlands and lagoon coast.
The terrace is furnished with wooden garden chairs & table.

- the house is equiped with towels, pillows and blankets for a maximum of 5 persons.

- we would like to notice, that we need a pre-payment of 100 EURO as an insurance at bookingtime .
- at your arrival, you will receive your keys by Mrs. Domitília, who lives ~ 50 m away from the Santa Luzia.

The Rooms :
|
The bigger of the two sleeping rooms is furnished with a chest of drawers, a bed with a new mattress and a big wardrobe. Inside the wardrobe the Casa Santa Luzia team has kept a mattress for two additional persons which can be blown up with electricity. |

In the middle part of the house there is a kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, coffee machine, etc. The bath room has a bidet and a bath shower. |

The left hand part of the house is composed by a relatively big living room with a table and four chairs. Behind the living room there is a little sleeping room with a lone persons bed with a new mattress and a wardrobe. |

For our guests we have installed a nice multi-media system. If you like to listen to your music or watch a DVD in the evening hours - with the DVD-Player you can even listen to MP3-Cds or watch DVD / MPEG / DIVX / XVID - movies.
If this is not enaugh - we provided two plugs (VGA & 3,5mm Stereo) to easily connect Your personal notebook / Mp3-Player / IPOD.
